The centre of excellence for Cosmology and Particle Physics Phenomenology seeks outstanding candidates for one tenured associate professor position.
The prospective candidate must be a research leader in any or several of the following research areas: formal aspects of quantum field theory, beyond the standard model and collider physics, flavour and/or astro-particle physics, string theory, quantum information, quantum gravity.
CP³-Origins is a centre of excellence in Theoretical High Energy Physics established by the Danish National Research Foundation. At the moment it counts eight permanent faculty members, three assistant professors, and several postdocs and PhD students in the areas of standard model physics and beyond, astro particle physics and dark matter, lattice field theory, CFTs and formal aspects of quantum field theory, as well as cosmology. We are world leaders in the phase diagram of free and safe theories of fundamental interactions. The centre offers an extremely dynamical and exciting work environment. We have close collaborations with leading scientists in Europe and the US and the centre is one of the cornerstones of our physics research and educational programme.
