Job description:
The experimental High Energy Physics group at Hanyang University is actively involved in CMS. The CMS team at Hanyang University is leading several top quark physics analyses and muon detector upgrade efforts. The group is also interested in the software development for data analysis.
The group has an immediate opening for one postdoctoral researcher. We are seeking an outstanding candidate who has obtained (is about to obtain) a PhD in experimental particle physics. A position for one year is available with the possibility of extension for two more years. The successful candidate will be based in Seoul, Korea and will have an opportunity to apply the Korea Research Fellowship (KRF) position for up to 5 years with the support of up to KRW 70 million per annum.
