The Cosmic Microwave Anisotropy (CMB) team within the Astrophysics Group (www.sissa.it/ap) of the International School for Advanced Studies of Trieste (SISSA, Italy) is part of the RADIOFOREGROUNDS COMPET-5 European Project

will have openings for 2 postdoctoral positions to start within 2016, along with partner institutions, as listed at

The positions are for 2 years. Applicants are expected to carry out research within the Project, which aims at the study if incoming data for studying polarized foregrounds and their control in CMB experiments targeting the B-modes of CMB anisotropies. the CMB group at SISSA is also active in the analysis and exploitation of the data from the Planck satellite, as well as the EBEX and PolarBear B-mode experiments. The program also includes funding for travels, participation to conferences. SISSA also offers new local super-computing resources.
