The Labex ENIGMASS has opening for three-year PhD positions starting Oct. 2016. The successful candidates will be working in (experimental or theoretical) particle physics, astrophysics or cosmology in one of the partners' laboratories of the Labex: LAPP or LAPTh at Annecy, LPSC at Grenoble, LSM at Modane (France). The deadline for the application is April 1st 2016 (23h59 CET). The application is to be made on-line. You should arrange to have up to three letters of recommendation on your behalf.

1 - ATLAS : A resonance search in the e+e- final state with the Run 2 LHC data with the ATLAS experiment and ATLAS Liquid Argon Calorimeter upgrade
2 - ATLAS : Development and Performance of a Pixel detector for ATLAS at the HL-LHC
3 - ATLAS : Higgs boson coupling measurement at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN in the ATLAS experiment
4 - ATLAS : Search for new physics in the monophoton final state with the ATLAS detector at the LHC
5 - ATLAS : Search for New Physics with the ATLAS detector using W and Z final states
6 - Astro : Multidimensional Simulations of Pair Instability Supernovae Explosions
7 - LHCb : Measurement of the CP violating phase γ in open-charm B decays at the LHCb experiment
8 - LSST : Matter and void distribution with the Large Synoptic Survey Telescope
9 - MIMAC : Directional Direct Dark Matter Detection with MIMAC and non-directional with NEWS
10 - STEREO : Sterile neutrino search at ILL, the STEREO experiment
11 - Virgo : Revealing gravitational waves out of terrestrial noise: identifying the main sensitivity limitations
