Job description:
The University of Mississippi Experimental High Energy Physics group invites applications for a postdoctoral Research Associate on the Muon g-2 experiment at Fermilab, which recently began its first physics run.
The Mississippi Muon g-2 group has taken leading roles in storage ring vacuum hardware, beam dynamics, and CPT test analyses within the experiment.  The successful candidate will be based at Fermilab, and will be expected to take a leadership position on one of these efforts through the completion of scheduled data taking in 2020, as well as on preparations for possible run extensions which will be particularly important for the CPT analyses.

A Ph.D. in experimental particle physics is required.
