Job description:
The Particle Theory group led by Prof. Leszek Roszkowski  invites applications for a 4-year PhD studentship at the National Centre for Nuclear Research (NCBJ). The studentship is funded by National Science Centre within the Maestro grant ``Dark matter: theoretical models, particle candidates and prospects of their experimental discovery”.

A successful candidate will engage in a PhD project in the area of particle dark matter in the context particle physics models, dark matter searches and the early Universe.

Requirements: Master’s degree in physics, good fluency in English, at least some experience with numerical programming.

The international Particle Theory group at NCBJ is based at the Hoża 69 Street location and currently comprises four adjuncts and two postdocs. A sample of recent publications of the group can be found here.

The studentship will be 3000 PLN (about 700Euro), tax free.
