Job description:
A postdoctoral position is opening at the high-energy nuclear theory group of Physics Department of Fudan University (Shanghai, China). The applicant should have the doctoral degree or expect to receive the doctoral degree within one year, and have experience in the following area:

• Properties of quark-gluon matter at finite temperature, density, and external magnetic field
• Phenomenology of heavy-ion collisions and compact stars
• Nuclear many-body problem and superfluidity in fermionic systems

The applicant is expect to work with the members of the group, particularly Prof. Xu-Guang Huang, and postdocs and students in the group. The Group has strong interaction with other theoretical groups in Fudan University, for example, the groups led by Prof. Yong-Shi Wu (theoretical high-energy and condensed matter physics), Prof. Cosimo Bambi (gravity theory), Prof. Leonardo Medesto (quantum gravity), Prof. Antonino Marciano (cosmology), Prof. Ling-Yan Hung (string theory), Prof. Yi-Dun Wan (theoretical physics). The Group also has close relation to the experimental group in Fudan University led by Prof. Huan-Zhong Huang on heavy-ion collision experiments.
The position will start in the Fall of 2017. For full consideration, the application should be received before December 17, 2016.
