Job description:
The High Energy Physics group at the Institute of Theoretical Physics at KU Leuven has several openings for postdoctoral research positions starting in the Fall of 2017. The positions are for two years, with a possibility of an extension with another year.
The research interests of members of the group include various areas of formal theoretical high energy physics with particular emphasis on the following topics: Supergravity, String theory, (Quantum) Cosmology, Holography and Supersymmetric QFTs. Our group has expanded recently to 4 staff members, 10 postdocs and 11 Ph.D. students.
We have close connections with the nearby HEP groups in Brussels in the form of common weekly seminars. We are furthermore connected to many other groups in Europe through various networks. For further information, please visit http://itf.fys.kuleuven.be/hep/
