Job description:
TENURE-TRACK ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN EXPERIMENTAL PHYSICS

The Department of Physics at Harvard University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in experimental physics. The areas of interest include, but are not limited to: quantum condensed-matter physics; atomic, molecular, and optical physics; and quantum science. The appointee will teach and advise at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The appointment is expected to begin on July 1, 2017.

Basic Qualifications: Doctorate or terminal degree in Physics or related discipline required by the time the appointment begins.

Additional Qualifications: Demonstrated excellence in teaching and research is desired.
