DESY, Hamburg location, is seeking:
2 Scientists (f/m) - Junior Staff in Theoretical Physics

DESY

DESY is one of the world’s leading research centres for photon science, particle and astroparticle physics as well as accelerator physics. The DESY theory group pursues a vigorous research programme in the investigation of the fundamental interactions of nature and the fabric of matter, space and time. Research topics include collider phenomenology, particle cosmology and string theory.

The position
-Research on particle physics phenomenology, physics of the early universe and cosmology at an internationally competitive level
-Participation in the research activities of the DESY theory Group

Requirements
-Ph.D. in physics
-Excellent research record and international reputation in the area of particla physics phenomenology, physics of the early universe and cosmology
-Team ability and very good English language skills
