HighRR – High Resolution and High Rate Detectors in Nuclear and Particle Physics

If you are interested in a research training group which is dedicated to research and education in pure detector science you are invited to apply to one of our HighRR positions.
In order to be eligible for doctoral studies at Heidelberg University, applicants should hold a Master of Science or an equivalent degree in physics. A master's thesis is expected. Grades obtained for previous degrees must correspond to a B+ or better. Applicants who have not written a master's thesis may however be accepted if they can prove their ability to carry out independent research projects. We require two letters of recommendation. The links to which those have to be uploaded to are sent to the authors of the letters after your application is completed and submitted. The letters have to reach us before the end of the deadline so please don´t finish your application last minute.
