High Energy Physics/Gravitation and Cosmology - Junior at Izmir Inst. Tech.

Department of Physics, Izmir Institute of Technology, Izmir, Turkey expects to make a faculty appointment in the fields of High Energy Physics/Gravitation and Cosmology, to begin before January 1, 2017.

We encourage applications in theory, phenomenology, astrophysics or cosmology with emphasis on new theoretical, experimental or observational developments. The search will focus at the assistant professor level, although more senior candidates may be considered. Candidates must hold a doctorate in physics, must have sufficient post-doctoral experience, must have demonstrated an ability to conduct outstanding research, and show promise for excellent teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
