Job description:
The Department of Physics at Lehigh University is seeking to fill a postdoctoral position in High Energy Theory to begin September 1, 2016. The candidate should have a background in particle theory and/or gravity and is expected to have completed a Ph.D. by the starting date of the position. Particular attention will be given to applicants with research experience in string theory and holographic gauge/gravity dualities.
The initial appointment will be for a one-year period, with the possibility of renewal annually up to three years, contingent on performance. The successful applicant is expected to work in collaboration with Prof. S. Cremonini and the members of her research group, as well as pursue her/his own research independently. Nearby institutions include Princeton, Rutgers, UPenn, NYU and Columbia.
