Job description:
The Theoretical Physics Division at the National Centre for Nuclear Research, Warsaw, invites applications for a postdoctoral research position in Particle Physics Phenomenology.
The position is for 3 years, starting in October 2018. The successful candidate will be hired under a full-time employment contract with a competitive salary of 10000 PLN gross per month.
Applicants should have documented research experience in beyond the Standard Model physics, with emphasis on electroweak precision calculations, and/or BSM scenarios with vector-like fermions. Familiarity with the numerical tools used in phenomenological analyses (ex. SARAH, MicrOmegas, MadGraph) and good coding skills (in Fortran/C++) are an asset.
Candidates with a PhD in physics (obtained no earlier than in 2011) and with the expertise in the fields mentioned above should send their application, including:
