1. Junior Professorship (W1) with tenure track (W3) in Theoretical Physics
We are looking for an outstanding junior scientist with international reputation who complements and extends the local research activities in theoretical high energy physics. Current research topics include heavy ion physics, particle cosmology, thermal field theory, lattice gauge theory, and mathematical physics. We are interested in applicants who have demonstrated research abilities in the field of strong-interaction matter. The junior professor is expected to contribute to our international coordinated research activities.
Employment prerequisites are a university degree, teaching ability and specialized skills for scientific work, in general documented by an excellent doctoral thesis.
2. Professorship (W3) in Theoretical Physics
