Job description:
The Institute of Nuclear and Particle Physics (INPAC) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) have 1-2 immediate postdoctoral research fellow positions to work on the future collider high granularity hadronic calorimeter R&D (including the HCAL design, beam test, DAQ and electronics, scintillator productions, ...)
The initial appointment is 3 years (renewable) with possible promotion to a senior project driven research scientist position based on mutual satisfaction. The candidate should have a Ph.D. in experimental particle physics or nuclear physics. The successful candidate is expected to work and base at Shanghai.
We offer an internationally competitive salary and stipends plus additional housing benefits in Shanghai. The successful candidate is encouraged to apply for research grants and we will provide support in funding applications.

English is the working language at both institutes and non-Chinese-speaking candidates are highly and equally welcome to apply.
