Job description:
School of Physics at Sun Yat-Sen University in China has at least two postdoctoral position in the HEP group.
We welcome highly motivated applicants who have obtained or about to have a Ph.D. degree in nuclear physics, particle physics, or a related field in physics.
The successful candidate are expected to make major contributions in the area of interdisciplinary phenomenological and experimental studies, including the following experiments: JUNO, MOMENT, CJPLnu.
The initial appointment is 2 years with possible extension and/or promotion as research scientists. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and subsidized housing options through the university. Postdoctoral fellows are strongly encouraged to apply for local funding in China.
Applicants should provide a CV with research experiences and publications, a statement of research interests and achievements, and at least three letters to support their applications. English is the working language in the group and non-Chinese-speaking candidates are welcome to apply.
