Job description:
The Department of Physics at Florida International University invites applications for the position of full-time Instructor to begin in Fall 2018.
An MS or PhD in Physics, Astronomy or related area is required. Candidates should have experience teaching introductory physics and astronomy courses and have excellent teaching, organizational, and supervisory skills. The successful candidate will typically teach mid-size to large introductory courses in physics and astronomy, and may be required to provide oversight of laboratory sections taught by graduate teaching assistants.
