The Institute for Theoretical Physics of Goethe University Frankfurt advertises a postdoc position in the lattice gauge theory group of Owe Philipsen, with a starting date March 2018 or later. The prospective research is
to be conducted in lattice QCD at finite density as a member of the transregional research center ''Strong-interaction matter under extreme conditions'', funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft.
The group is particularly interested in candidates with analytic as well as numerical skills who have an interest in, or experience with, analytic strong coupling and hopping expansions and/or diagrammatic Monte Carlo methods.
