Gauge/Gravity Duality - Postdoc at Madrid, IFT

 

The appointment will be for a period of three years and include a generous travel allowance as well as some funds for equipment purchase. Moreover, besides the activity program of the IFT, a regular visitor program (focused on AdS/CFT) will be set up under the above grant.

 

The IFT is the leading Spanish research institute in the area of Theoretical Physics (credited as a 'Severo Ochoa' center of research excellence by the Spanish Government). It hosts research groups working on fields closely related to the focus of this position, such as String Theory, AdS/CFT, Gravitation, QCD, and Theoretical Condensed Matter.
