Job description:
The theoretical particle physics group at the Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences invites applications for 1~2 postdoctoral positions in particle phenomenology. The positions will start in the Fall of 2018.
The applicant is expected to work with the members of the pheno group, in particular with Prof. Hao Zhang and Prof. Cen Zhang. Current interests of the members include collider/QCD phenomenology, Top and Higgs physics at the LHC and future colliders, Standard Model and beyond, effective field theory, and Dark Matter. The positions will initially be for two years, with the possibility of extension to three depending on funding constraints. Salary will be in the range of 150,000~200,000 RMB per year, depending on experience and performance.
