Job description:
The Theoretical Particle Physics Group at the Institute for Theoretical Physics at Tübingen University invites applications for the position of a postdoctoral researcher. The appointment is for two years with the possibility of an extension by another year, starting in spring or fall 2018.
The interests of the group are centered around collider phenomenology. Candidates with experience in precision calculations for hadron colliders, Monte Carlo development, Higgs physics, physics beyond the Standard Model, or Dark Matter phenomenology are particularly encouraged to apply.
Applicants should provide a curriculum vitae, a list of publications, a brief description of their research interests and plans, indicate how they would fit into the Tübingen group, and arrange for three recommendation letters to be sent separately. Preference will be given to applications received by December 1, 2017. Later applications may be considered as long as the opening exists.
