As a special condition all the candidates whose mother tongue is not Spanish, must demonstrate proficiency in Spanish Language at the level of the 'Diploma de Español Nivel C1 del Instituto Cervantes.' (http://diplomas.cervantes.es/general/descripcion.jsp). For native Spanish speakers a test of English at the level of TOEFL is required
