POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH POSITION
UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, RIVERSIDE
The experimental high energy physics group at the University of California, Riverside
has a postdoctoral research position available for work on the Compact Muon
Solenoid experiment at CERN. The position will be with UCR faculty members
Gary and Long. The successful candidate will play a leading role in physics analysis
and in the operation and phase-1 upgrade of the hadron calorimeter Level 1 trigger.
Our physics interests lie in the area of supersymmetry, exotic Higgs decays,
and other well-motivated searches for new physics.
The position will be based at CERN. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in
experimental particle physics and must have demonstrated excellence in
research. Applicants should submit a curriculum vitae, statement of research
interests, and list of publications to which the applicant has made direct
contributions. Applicants should arrange for at least three letters of
recommendation to be submitted. All materials should be submitted by email
