Job description:
The Physics Department at Case Western Reserve University is seeking a postdoc in the area of experimental particle astrophysics. The primary responsibility will be to the Project 8 tritium endpoint neutrino experiment, and secondarily to either (a) the KATRIN experiment or (b) a diverse set of detector-R&D efforts, depending on your interests. Experience in particle astrophysics, nuclear physics, or closely related fields is helpful, but we'll consider applicants with relevant atomic/molecular/optical or experimental astronomy/CMB backgrounds. Start dates between now and 9/2017 are preferred.
