HEP-PH Postdoc/Visiting Scholar Positions
The particle physics phenomenology group at National Taiwan University (NTU) plans to have several openings at the levels of postdoc to visiting scholar. The jobs start from the fall of 2017, with also the possibility of an early start. We welcome fellows working in elementary particle phenomenology and related cosmological topics. The positions have an initial term of two years and can be extended, depending upon funding situation and mutual agreements. The search is open until the positions are filled. For full consideration, please submit application materials by January 31, 2017.
The NTU particle physics phenomenology group currently has three active faculty members –- Cheng-Wei Chiang, Xiao-Gang He and George Wei-Shu Hou, working on collider physics, flavor physics, CP violation, neutrino physics and dark matter physics. We also have a leading high-energy experimental group in Taiwan, with six faculty members working on Belle, CMS, Daya Bay, KOTO experiments, among others.
The NTU campus is located at the center of Taipei City, with easy access to nearby institutes and cities by shuttles, buses, trains, and high-speed trains.
