Job description:
The Particle and Cosmology Theory Group at Scuola Normale Superiore invites applications for one postdoctoral fellowship in high-energy theoretical physics to begin in Fall 2017. Members of the group include Riccardo Barbieri, Roberto Contino, Dario Francia, Augusto Sagnotti and Enrico Trincherini, as well as postdocs and students. The group has close ties with the high-energy theory group at the University of Pisa and INFN Pisa.
We look for exceptional and motivated candidates with a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics and interest in the Phenomenology of Fundamental Interactions beyond the Standard Model and Theoretical Cosmology. The duration of the appointment is two years, with a possible extension to a third year contingent on funding.
