Job description:
The Department of Physics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison seeks applicants for at least one tenure-track Assistant Professor position beginning August, 2017. 

Applications from experimentalists will be considered in neutrino physics, particularly in accelerator based neutrino physics. Applications will also be considered for experimentalists in astrophysics and observational cosmology. Outstanding candidates in these and related areas are invited to apply.
 
The candidate will be expected to perform teaching at all levels. Undergraduate and graduate classroom and individual instruction, as well as supervision of graduate thesis research, are required. Candidate will be expected to conduct high-impact scholarly research as well as provide service to the department, college, university and academic community nationally or internationally.
 
Teaching experience and a minimum of two years of postdoctoral research experience required.
