Faculty Position in Theoretical High Energy Physics

We seek candidates with a Ph.D. in Physics, and with evidence of excellence in both research and teaching. Outstanding candidates in any field of theoretical particle physics and string theory are encouraged to apply. Evidence of excellence in teaching is demonstrated through teaching accomplishments, letters of reference and teaching materials submitted with the application. Excellence in research is demonstrated by publications in top-ranked and field-relevant academic journals, presentations at major conferences, awards and accolades, and strong endorsements by referees of high international standing.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to interact with existing groups in theoretical and experimental high energy physics at the University of Toronto as well as with researchers in related fields in the Department of Physics, the Department of Mathematics and the Canadian Institute for Theoretical Astrophysics.
