The Berkeley Center for Theoretical Physics, a joint Center of the University of California at Berkeley and the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, invites applications for several Postdoctoral Fellows to begin in the Fall of 2017. We encourage applications in all areas of theoretical particle physics, including string theory, quantum gravity, physics of and beyond the Standard Model, and connections to the early universe. The fellowship will be awarded initially for 2-3 years, with the possibility of extension for a total of 5 years. In addition to a competitive salary, the position includes benefits and funds for travel. Candidates must have a PhD by the fellowship start date in an area related to particle theory.
