The Multidisciplinary Center for Astrophysics (CENTRA) is accepting applications for Postdoctoral positions in Astrophysics and Cosmology for the forthcoming 2016 FCT fellowship call program. CENTRA is looking for outstanding young researchers working in the topics of asteroseismology, stellar evolution, solar physics, observational astrophysics, observational cosmology, theoretical cosmology and particle physics (focus on dark matter and neutrinos).
Candidates wishing to apply are expected to hold a Ph.D. in astrophysics, cosmology or related topics. Preference will be given to applicants that have a strong scientific publication record, and already have same independent research experience. CENTRA is part of the Department of Physics at Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) from the University of Lisbon (Portugal).
